When I first received the product I charged it and after a while the four LEDs were lit up. However, when it was time to use the product it wouldn't turn on or function whatsoever, and yes the power button was on.'. However as soon as I plugged the electricity to it, it'd show full charge. I scratched my head because it didn't make sense. But anyways, even then, it didn't charge my battery fully and the same situation keep repeating itself. I sent it back for credit. Next time I'll go to apple, though expensive but you get your $$ worth

after 1 month of use,it stop working half the time.there's no telling when it would retain its power.i would stay away from this brand.

I've been using this for a a month and it is very unreliable. (Bought a Splash 02 Lite for my wife's phone at the same time, and it has exactly the same problem.) The battery can be fully charged, and for no reason it just stops charging the phone. On-off switch does nothing, and pressing the charge indicator button the back does nothing...no lights. As soon as its plugged into it's USB cord, attached to a power source of course, it starts working again and shows a full charge. Nothing else can bring it back to life.
Also, iTunes sync is hit-or-miss. Starts, loses connection, restarts. No problem when the phone is connected directly to any of my computers directly.
Wish it worked right, because when it does, it is terrific. But reliability makes it a doorstop.

I have been using this charging device for a little over 2 weeks now and I really like it. I am an avid iPhone user and had to recharge my iPhone at least once in the middle of the day. This was annoying coz I am on the road a lot, and it was inconvenient to find a charging port each time. A colleague recommend this type of item, and it is extremely convenient (wish I had known about this concept earlier). This device gives me more than a full iPhone battery charge, which is sufficient to get me through the day. It has truly made my life easier. Thank you for the innovators who came up with this neat concept of a battery case that can charge your phone at the same time. I need to start paying more attention to new gadgets in the PDA world!

I had a Mophie Juicepack for a year and it finally gave way. Didn't want to spend a lot on a replacement, so I went for the Splash O2 juicepack. I have had it for some time now and it works flawlessly.
Pros:
- 2000 mAH capacity - significantly higher than the Mophie Juice Air that I owned previously. I get approximately 1.5 charges for my iPhone 3GS with this device.
- Switch - this is a minor, but extremely important aspect that I like about this device. The Mophie didn't have a switch. If my iPhone battery drained even 5%, Mophie would automcatically chargeup that 5%. With this device, I get to choose when I want it to charge my iPhone.
- Intelligent sync/charge - Allows iPhone battery to charge first and then charges itself. When using the iPhone, drains its own battery first then drains iPhone battery. Very well thought design and circuits.
- Price!! - This product came at a fraction of the price for Mophie and provides 50% more battery life. No brainer!
Cons:
- Doesn't cover the entire phone. Mophie Air covered the top part as well this device leaves it open on top.
Overall I love this product. It is slim profile and packs in more juice than other similar products. Would certainly recommend. At this price, you just can't go wrong.
