unplugged it and the guts flew out the fuze stayed stuck in the lighter out let. Now no charger.

this item is junk! plugged it in both my cars cig lighter and it never turned on and blew the cig lighter fuses in both my cars!not worth the cost to ship it back so i just tossed it.i would not recommend it to any one! dont waste your time!

This product was an overall good deal for the price. It's a little cheap regarding the quality of construction, but it works just fine...which means the most to me. I only paid $15 with S/H, and I get to listen to my Ipod non-stop AND it charges it too!! I'm very glad I made the purchase. Thanks!

I bought this to keep me entertained and powered up while moving cross-country, and while it did a decent job, there are definitely some major issues to consider when purchasing one that I (unfortunately) overlooked. First, the cord is crazy short. If you want to be on the phone while it's charging, you'll need a hands free, or really good speaker phone volume, because it isn't long enough to be plugged in while chatting. Second, I my shifter is on my center console (I have a Corolla), with the cig lighter just to the left. However, this unit is quite bulky, and I had to disconnect it completely to put my car in park because it just wouldn't fit. Not a huge deal, but it was certainly a pain and got old after a day on the road! Personally, I would go for a different package, and am pretty sure I'll be returning this one.

I have this transmitor, it works just fine, fits perfectly for my Ipod nano 4th gen. so you can purchase it. what I like best about this item is that it charges mu Ipod while is plugged so I can forget about having to charge it to use it.
Also, you can seek any frecuence that fits best, if one is not goog anymore, you swithc to the next one and voila. For the price you pay, its quite OK.
