Okay for the price I guess, but I hate that I had to get another. The whole cord racket with Dell is nonsense anyway. It was good while it lasted but, you know, it didn't last. Consider this a succinct interview.

This is a great product- for a very low price. my dell charger broke about six months after i got my laptop and a new one cost about 60-70$. this one only cost me 25$ and works just as well.....Great buy and worth your money....

Actually I haven't used it yet but it is a fair value for the type product. I should have ordered from Amazon.com to begin with. I ordered another one that did not fit my pc as was advertised. I am always satisfied with products I order here.

I purchased the adapter. I recieved it really quickly. I used it for a couple of weeks and it was fine. The plug that connects to the laptop never was a perfect fit, but it worked. Then I started recieving messages on the comp,during start-up, that said the adapter was the wrong wattage. I'm still using it at this time and it stays charged as long as I make sure there is a good connction.

I read some reviews of this product before I bought it and a few of them said that the adapter heats up when left plugged in. I have left this plugged in since the day I received it and it has never felt much warmer than room temp. I believe the manufacturer has dealt with the heat problem. Charges perfectly, looks like the OEM adapter. I would recommend this to anyone needing a replacement. Its not worth the extra $40 to get one direct from dell.
